The Montecatini International Piano Festival & Competition was founded in Montecatini Terme in Italy in 2019 by Steinway Artist Aisa Ijiri, with her dream of creating a musical home where young talents and professional concert artists would all be able to come together to perform, enjoy the concerts and share in the joy of music-making.
On Wednesday 11th October 2023, Aisa will be presenting a very special evening, with the Montecatini Gala Concert at Steinway Hall in London, celebrating the 2022 Winne, Kenichiro Kojima with his London Debut Recital, and also introducing a creative new sound world by award winning pianists Maiko Mori and Aisa herself, with an inspiring landscape of stunning digital artwork created by the celebrated Japanese Artist Mitsuhiro Higuchi whose innovative work has seen him collaborating with McLaren and Vogue.
